These terms are an agreement between you and [your name or company] ("PostBuzzPro", "we") for using PostBuzzPro, its website, API and services. By paying for or using PostBuzzPro you agree to them.

1. What PostBuzzPro does

PostBuzzPro lets you write, schedule and publish posts to social networks you connect through their official APIs, use AI writing features, and measure which posts lead to clicks, sign-ups and sales.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you publish and must follow each network's rules.
• If you use Attribution, you must have a lawful basis for tracking your visitors, ask for consent where required, and describe it in your privacy policy.
• Review AI-generated text before it goes out. AI agents connected through the API or MCP act on your behalf.
• Don't use PostBuzzPro for spam, harassment, impersonation or illegal content, and don't try to bypass plan limits or share your license outside your organization.

3. Networks

Networks can change their APIs, require reviews or restrict accounts. Some features depend on approvals from the networks (for example public TikTok posts). We'll do our best to keep everything working but can't control their decisions.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Plans and limits are shown on our pricing page. Orders are processed by Freemius, Inc., our reseller and merchant of record: you buy from Freemius, which takes the payment, issues the invoice and adds sales tax or VAT where it applies, and the purchase terms shown in its checkout also apply. Your license is issued by the LeadBuzzPro license server.
• Lifetime plans are a one-time payment for as long as PostBuzzPro is offered. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until you cancel; you can cancel from Billing in PostBuzzPro and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• There are no overage charges. When you reach a plan limit, the feature pauses until the next period or until you upgrade.
• Refunds: [the refund policy you chose in Freemius]. Refunds are issued through Freemius as full refunds within 30 days of the payment; a refunded or charged-back purchase ends the plan it paid for.

5. Licenses

One license key can hold LeadBuzzPro, PostBuzzPro and SendBuzzPro. Keep your key private; anyone with it can sign in. We may suspend licenses used in breach of these terms.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for PostBuzzPro to be available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features, and will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes to existing subscribers.

7. Disclaimers and liability

PostBuzzPro is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits or lost data.
